Delivery

Your satisfaction is our top priority! 

 

Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwise.

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us within the same day you placed your order. If your order has not been shipped, we will be able to amend it. If it has already been dispatched, we regret that we will not offer replacements or refunds if you have entered an incorrect delivery address.

Delivery times are guidelines and in rare cases may take longer than this. Please note the delivery time does not include our processing time. 

 

Orders not received

Please allow at least 10 days within placing your order. 

If the tracking confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received your products, please contact the delivery company directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered. Please let us know there has been an issue and we will do our very best to assist you but we will not be able to resend or refund anything until an investigation has been completed by the delivery company.

 

Returns

 

For hygienic concerns (products are not sealed), we unfortunately do not accept any returns. 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately.  We are happy to replace any damaged items that are reported within 48 hours of delivery. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please do not return the items to the manufacturer. Contact us and we will advise you of how to return your item to us.

If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may refund the cost of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges. We also do not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Inner Goddesses. 

 

Tax & Import Duties

If you are outside the EU, you may be responsible for paying duties on your order when it arrives. Please bear in mind that customs departments do have the right to hold items. This timeframe is unfortunately out of our control and we are unable to pay for anything to be released from customs to you.
